Comedian Dan D Humorous’ Thankful for Escape from Daredevil Robbers | See Details
Yesterday the 28th of August, made it 3 years since popular comedian Comedian, Daniel Chibuzor Nnwoka aka Daniel D Humorous and his wife, Milliscent Adanma Nnwoka survived an armed robbery attack along NTA road, Portharcourt, in 2014.
Recounting and giving thanks to God for sparing their lives, the expectant father of two revealed that it was during the process that they got to know that his wife was pregnant with their first child.

”28th August, 2014 …PT 1….Went to pick my wife @milliscentctv from work that lovely evening at about 7:30pm… Our Got crossed by this brown mazda…
Initially I thought it was a crazy driver until a male and a female stepped out armed with AK47 …first I froze ,then the thought of this could a kidnap especially as they we’re going to the passengers door … Cos if it was a robbery they would be coming to the drivers door …

All these thoughts were within seconds as I got the Boldness of the Holy Spirit to Put the car on sport mode and fire down …As I did so…They Opened Fire..
All I could hear was gun shots didn’t know if it was at me or in the air but I kept on accelerating..at a point the car stopped but i accelerated even when it felt like d car stopped moving as it hit a median.
I kept on powering until the car looped the median on NTA rd, PHC… My wife docked and she said was seeing flashes of light around her..it was later we saw bullet holes around her seat … some of those bullets located my legs ..but i only noticed this when i got to Dominion City HQ gate were service was going on…
The Police at d gate Fired some shots into the air to probably scare them away and rushed me to a nearby hospital to stop the bleeding before my friends came to move me to Kesley Harrison Hosptal where I was immediately attended to…28th August, 2014.

PT 2…
Thankfully, the Bullets ate the flesh in my thighs so bad but didn’t touch any bone …The doctors covered the wound and recommended two weeks daily dressing before surgery as i was admitted immediately …
This happened on Thursday Night …By Saturday Evening ,The consultant Came in Saw the wounds and marveled at how fast they healed and called for surgery the next day (Sunday) which was not their usual hospital protocol to work the theatre on Sundays but they did so for me and discharged me very next day…couldn’t walk and they said that will be the case for a month but in ten days I was on my feet …
My wife was checked for internal injuries as she wasn’t hurt externally, That was where we discovered she was a few weeks pregnant …That was when I Knew She was carrying a Special Child.

PT 3…. Every Year on this day i always Give thanks to God becos I and my Family are Standing Tall today only because he Made a Way…. Probably there would have been a widow, widower or orphan… but God said No because we haven’t even started the Great Purpose outlined for us …
I specially and always thank my wife @milliscentctv who was by my bedside all through, assisting with all the nasty stuff the nurses wouldn’t do and even taking care of me at home and stopped work until I was able to walk… I remain loyal to you Baby
….Some trust in whatever it is they trust in…But My Help is in the Name of The Lord.”
