Britain’s Prince George Arrives for First Day at School | See Photos
Little Prince George Cambridge has started school, he was accompanied by his dad, Prince William while he nervously walked into Thomas’s Battersea, in south-west London.
A crowd of well-wishers had gathered outside the school gate to watch. The young prince arrived shortly before 8: 50am and was driven through a side entrance and a security gate closed behind them.
Holding his dad’s hand and looking a little apprehensive, George walked from the car and then had a formal handshake with Helen Haslem, head of lower school while Prince William held his school bag.

According to SunUK, the newest and most famous pupil obviously, who will be known as George Cambridge, was escorted into the reception class by every one who was excited to see him including paparazzi.
Kitted out in his John Lewis uniform winter and summer uniforms, red art smock, and PE kit including black ballet shoes total more than £365, the young prince can look forward to a broad education.
Ben Thomas principal of the school who was headteacher at Thomas’s Battersea for 18 years, said he hoped George would learn to be himself as the little Prince is always looking shy .

The choice of Thomas’s Battersea makes him the first direct royal heir to be educated south of the river, but he is only the third-generation heir to attend public school.
It has been a big week for the royal family, with the announcement of a new baby for Kate and William. Kate has reportedly been suffering from severe morning sickness and could not accompany the little Prince on his first day.
Go for it little Prince George, make mum and dad proud!
