Nollywood Actress, Tonto Dikeh Makes Brave Confession About The Real Reason She Loathed Her Colleague, Mercy Johnson-Okojie
Controversial Nollywood actress and mum-of-one, Tonto Dikeh, is a woman of many parts, but it is her feisty personality that jumps right out. It seems as though she experienced a sort of rebirth however, when she became a mum; and during her marital crisis, and has chosen to be more subtle, admitting that she is a work in progress like every one else.

In what appears to be a part of growth and fixing the bad, Tonto made a bold move yesterday, taking to Instagram to put up a reconciliatory post directed at fellow Nollywood actress, and mum-of- 3, Mercy Johnson-Okojie.
Tonto had in the past needlessly attacked the mum-of-3. Everybody knows the rules, you can attack a woman, but not her children, but Tonto, who has now admitted she was envious of Mercy and intimidated by her acting prowess, crossed the line sometime in the year 2013, when she called Mercy’s daughter a black witch and called her husband “broke”.
All of that is behind now, because there is nothing as low as women tearing each other down, and not many things are as beautiful and make for a good omen like women lifting women.
Tonto first made the brave move to apologise to her colleague in 2017, with the following words:
“@mercyjohnsonokojie Ever since I had my baby, I have been reminded constantly about an ill statement I made about one of your kids a very long time ago. I want to use this media to say I am so sorry.I sincerely apologize from the bottom of my heart. I had no right to say what I did, I totally disgraced myself with that…
God bless you and yours!!! Happy new year. Take your time with the process of forgiving my ill-mannered words to your infant but pls eventually do!!”
