Little Boy In Viral ”mummy calm down” Video Catches The Attention Of Combat Domestic Violence Group
A video published by a Nigerian mum in which her son tried to talk her out of punishing him for a misdemeanor recently went viral. It has been tagged, “mummy, calm down.”
Opinions are divided as to the appropriateness of publishing what was meant to be a private moment but the viral video has plunged the young boy into fame.
The little boy in the viral “mommy calm down” video has bagged an ambassadorial deal with Combat Domestic Violence and Abuse Foundation.
Combat Domestic Violence and Abuse Foundation made the announcement via its social media page.
They posted:
Calm Down!
We, the president, (Chief Dozie Kaidi Obiaku), members and trustees of the Combat Domestic Violence and Abuse Foundation would like to enjoin the general public to help us get to the boy in the viral video.We would love to make him an ambassador.
Every violence in the world could be avoided if we learnt to clam down.
We have adopted ‘Calm down’ as a key mantra now and we would love to bring the boy in as one of us.
Please help us find him. Thank you.
This is coming after Governor Sanwo-Olu also tweeted about wanting to meet the kid at the centre of the viral video.
As an aside, I would like to meet the young boy since we both now have exclusive rights to the phrasal verb ‘calm down’. ?
