‘My Worst Fear Has Happened To Me’ -Businesswoman And Mom, Sophia Momodu Laments
Nigerian singer and music executive, Davido’s first baby mama, Sophia Momodu, has lamented about single motherhood in a video that has surfaced online.
In the video which is fast making rounds, the mother of one in an Instagram live session with her fans disclosed that with her worst fear has happened to her.
According to the businesswoman, her greatest fear was being a single mother, solely responsible for a child, and sadly, that is her current situation.
The fashion connoisseur stressed that she never wanted to be a single parent but her fears have taken a grip of her. She noted that, while growing up, she dreaded raising a child alone, but now it has become her reality.
In her word:
“My worst fear has happened to me, so I don’t think anything scares me in life anymore. I never wanted to raise a child alone, and now I’m doing it.”
This video is coming following Sophia’s recent rant and complaints about her co-parenting struggle with the father of her daughter.

Sophia had in a series of recent social media posts seemingly accused her baby daddy of being a deadbeat father.
In a recent post via her Snapchat, she revealed her eager anticipation to change her daughter’s last name, stating that she has been playing the role of mom and dad to their daughter, Imade.
Following her statement, a couple of her fans warned her about people dragging her for her comment and taking it out of context. When asked to write with caution, Sophia said,
“Our elders say the truth is bitter. I haven’t even started.”
Since Davido got married to Chioma Rowland, things have turned sour between Davido and Sophia. From unfollowing each other on Instagram to Sophia dropping cryptic posts; things are no doubt messy between the two.
Weeks after calling him out for being financially abusive towards her, Sophia claimed she is both the father and mother to their daughter.

In a post on her Snapchat page, the mother of one revealed that she can’t wait to change her daughter’s last name from Adeleke to Momodu.
Following in the footstep of Tonto Dikeh, Sophia declared that she is both a father and mother to Imade.
