Mother Protests As School Forces 8-year-old Child To Kneel From 8am To 3pm Over Incomplete Homework

A mother stormed her 8-year-old child’s school to express her anger after her child was allegedly forced to kneel from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. by a teacher for not completing an assignment.

The mother shared her concerns in a series of posts on her TikTok page.

According to the woman, her child had reported being frequently hit on the head by the teacher, and after complaining about it, the child was made to kneel for the entire school day.

She visited the school to file a complaint against the teacher. After her visit, the school explained the reason for the punishment.

According to the mother, the school stated,

“The only reason they would make a child kneel is if the child didn’t do their assignment.”

However, the mother disagreed with this rationale, insisting that kneeling for hours was an excessive punishment, especially considering her child was even made to eat while kneeling.

She added that this wasn’t the first time her child had failed to do his assignment, but he had never been punished in such a way before.

After the teacher was reported, the punishment seemed to have escalated.

“Why is it that after we reported you, the teacher, for hitting him on the head and telling him to stop, you decided to change the punishment? Now you make him kneel from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

“The day after we complained to the school authorities about you hitting the child in the head, you made him kneel for hours.”

She continued,

“He had to eat while kneeling down, and when he came home, he couldn’t stand. His legs were shaking, and he complained of knee pain. When we checked his knees, they were scratched.”

The mother made several other statements in her video, and as the post spread online, concerned individuals flocked to the comment section to share their thoughts.
