Nigerian Doctor Advises Men To Avoid Certain Sexual Positions Or Risk Landing In Hospital
A Nigerian medical doctor, Ajidahun Olusina, has advised men to avoid certain sexual positions if they don’t want to find themselves in a hospital.
Dr. Sina, who gave the advice in a post on X on Wednesday, February 19, mentioned Doggy style, Cowgirl style and Reverse cow girl style.
According to the medical expert, these sex positions cause penis fracture.

Below is what he wrote:
“As a Man there are some sexual positions you should remove from your diary if you don’t want to risk landing in a hospital – Doggy – Cowgirl – Reverse cow girl.
Reason is this, In these sexual positions The Penis’ angle during thrusting and Penetration puts it at a risk of Penis Fracture.
A study once done in Men with Penis fractures showed Doggy to be most risky Doggy- 41% , Man on Top- 25.5%, 9% – Woman on Top So Doggy, SAY NO.”
