Actress Jane Seymour, 74, Reveals ‘Secret’ Diet That Has Kept Her A Size 4 Since Her Teens

74-year-old British actress Jane Seymour has spent years cultivating a healthy lifestyle, and now the mother of six is revealing her top tips for nutrition — without fad diets or missing out.
Seymour attended an event in Los Angeles on Tuesday, May 20, where she told The Daily Mail how she’s managed to remain a size 4 for decades.
According to her, the secret to her age-defying figure is not a strict diet or weight loss drugs like Ozempic—but simple, consistent eating habits. She said:
“I love the Mediterranean way of eating, it works so well and it tastes good, it includes a lot of delicious food like tomatoes, olives and fish.”
The former Bond girl also revealed that she eats a light breakfast and saves her larger meals for the afternoon. She added:
“I start the day with coffee and hard boiled eggs for protein, and it isn’t until later, around lunch time, that I have a full meal because then I can really enjoy it.”

The mother-of-six doesn’t have to go far to find healthy local ingredients. She stated:
“I love fish and vegetables, and grow many greens in my back yard which I love to use.”
She also keeps a range of snacks on hand, opting for pistachios, vegetables and hummus over sweets, according to The Daily Mail.
“I do love nuts,” she said. “I am a savory person, I like the salt.”
Her daily routine includes:
– Coffee and boiled eggs in the morning for protein
– One main meal at 1:30pm, usually fish and vegetables
– Homegrown greens from her backyard
– Healthy snacks like pistachios, cucumbers, celery, and hummus.
She stressed she doesn’t believe in dieting. She added:
“If you think you are on a diet, you will lose track. If you find healthy foods you love, you never feel shorted.”
To stay in shape, Seymour lifts light weights and does Pilates.
“You have to keep moving!” she added.
