Music executive, Paulo Okoye’s Daughter Recalls Her Father’s Reaction After Sharing News Of Her Pregnancy
Vanessa, daughter of popular show promoter, Paulo Okoye, has opened up about how her father reacted when she shared the news of her pregnancy.
The first time mum revealed this during a question and answer session with her fans. She told her fans to ask her a question, and they asked how her father reacted after he got to know that she was going to be mother out of wedlock.
In her response, Vanessa revealed that she told her father the news after arriving in London in February.
She further stated that the music entrepreneur reacted like a typical Igbo man. According to her, her father was quiet and didn’t really express much. However, she noted that despite his initial silence, he was supportive throughout her entire journey.
Vanessa also recounted the moment her father first saw her daughter, Zariah, saying there was clear joy in his heart, and he was “overexcited.”
She concluded her message with heartfelt gratitude, saying, “God bless my Daddy for real! Because he had my back thru it all!”
Another person also asked her how she felt after finding out that she was pregnant. She explained that she had mixed emotions.
She was happy, worried, scared, however, she decided to prepare herself for her baby’s arrival. The new mother said she read different books and made researches.
When her baby arrived, she had immense joy and a feeling she couldn’t explain. She wrote:

“When I got to London in February, I told him. He took it like every Igbo father would take it tbh. He was quiet and didn’t really express much but he was supportive from the beginning to the end. If you know my father, he doesn’t talk too much.
The day he sets his eyes on Zariah there was this joy in his heart… he was over excited lol. God bless my Daddy for real! Because he had my back thru it all!”
