Popular Nollywood stars including Tonto Dikeh- Churchill, Uche Ogbodo,Kenneth Okonkwo among others, were spotted on the streets of the Federal capital, Abuja, on Thursday protesting against women and children trafficking, Daily post gathered.
According to reports, the Actors Guild of Nigeria, AGN, in collaboration with the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons, NAPTIP, and the United Nations, staged the protest to create awareness for the ongoing war against trafficking in persons and to commemorate the world day against trafficking in persons by the UN on the 30th July.
The anti-trafficking campaign is said to be a two-days peaceful rally in Abuja.
