Alibaba’s Wife, Mary Akpobome, Appointed As Enterprise Bank Acting MD

Wife of popular Nigerian comedian, Alibaba, Mary Akpobome, has been appointed as acting Managing Director of the Enterprise Bank.

Mrs. Akpobome, who was formerly the bank’s Executive Director, Retail Banking, was announced the acting MD of Enterprise Bank for a transition period by management of Heritage Banking Company Limited.

The emergence of the seasoned banker with over 20-years of experience didn’t come as a surprise to many as she was a key executive member in the acquisition of Enterprise Bank by Heritage Bank in 2014.
