Eating Small Meals Up 6 Times A Day Will Aid Weight Loss – Study
Eating six times a day is best for losing weight according to new research published in the Science Journal Nutrition Research.
Nutrition experts say eating small amounts of food frequently is better for your health than three bigger portions but the issues is many dieters struggle to establish a healthy and sustainable eating pattern.
More smaller meals lead to a healthier body composition and less likelihood of loss of ‘fat-free’ body mass.
The researchers said eating little and often may hold the key to healthy weight loss.
Celebrities such as Hollywood actress Jennifer Aniston, 46, attribute their slim body figures to eating small portions regularly during the day, rather than larger meals at traditional times.
Aniston recently said she survives on five meals a day.
