2 Yummy Smoothies Your Kids Will Absolutely Love

Hey, mums! You can’t go wrong with these yummy smoothies. Besides, natural juices and smoothies are smart, healthy and fun ways to get kids to eat more fruits and veggies.
Also, for mums like me who usually want something light and healthy to start their day, these smoothies offer lots of wholesomeness. Try them out.
1. Red smoothie
(Note: All fruits should be frozen)
1/2 cup mango
1/2 cup pineapple
Handful of apples
1 dl blueberries
1 stalk celery
Handful banana
2 handful spinach
In a blender, blend spinach and celery until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, blend and enjoy!
2. Green smoothie
A handful chopped mango (frozen)
3/4 cups of pineapple
Handful of pear (frozen)
Handful of chopped banana (frozen)
2 handful of fresh spinach
1 dl water
Blend spinach in water in a blender until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend till very smooth. Enjoy!
Tips: For extra smooth smoothie, it is always good to blend fresh leafy vegetables first before adding the frozen fruits, if you are using a regular blender, so your smoothie comes out without particles.
