“These two are my inspiration” NFL Star, Russell Wilson, Gushes Over Wife And Stepson

American football quarterback, Russell Wilson, who recently tied the knot with his singer/model boo, Ciara, has said that he loves his new role as a stepfather, as it teaches him how to love.

Speaking at a benefit for his Why Not You? Foundation, which held on Tuesday night, the new stepdad gushed over his wife and stepson, “I walked into this lady’s life and she walked into mine. She’s been an inspiration since day one and her little one too.”

He further said,

Being a stepfather is one of the most loving things you can do. You know, you really, really learn how to love. Because especially when it’s not yours, you know, you realize that every kid matters in this world. You know, every person matters. Every child matters. Every heart matters. Every soul matters. Every mind matters … When I see her little son every time I’m around her and when I’m not around her, I always think about them, too, so they’re an inspiration.
