Faridah Alli-Balogun, the two year old girl who was kidnapped by gunmen who killed her mother, has been set free. You will recall that the incident occurred at Asolo bus stop, Ikorodu Road. (read here)
Punch, disclosed that the little girl was released by her abductors for an undisclosed ransom. A source close to the family, had this to say:
“The father negotiated with the kidnappers and the baby was released. But he does not want to say anything about the incident for now. The police were not instrumental to the release of the girl.”
Faridah is said to be doing well, and has been reunited with her family.
Furthermore, a friend of the deceased Segun Fajol, said Faridah’s dad does not want any further publicity regarding the issue.
Lord this man has gone through a lot, loosing his wife and his kid being held hostage…….what the heck??? Thank God she’s been reunited with her family, this is not what you will even wish your enemies.
All glory be unto God
Wow thank you God for her release. President Fari has finally been released. I wish Thelma was here to see her daughter finally released. May her soul continue to rest and God grant her family the fortitude to bear the loss. How about her pregnant friend? Any news yet if she’s been released?
