“Honestly, I want my wife back,”  – Lamar Odom Talks Ex Khloe Kardashian in New Interview

A week after being released from a rehab facility following one month of treatment, former NBA star, Lamar Odom sat down with host Dr. Travis Stork for a candid discussion about his life plans now that he’s living clean.

According to USWeekly, the troubled athlete, whose divorce from reality TV star, Khloé Kardashian, was finalized in December, was interviewed for the show’s Tuesday, January 17 episode about how he’s rebuilding his life and what he’s looking forward to in the years to come.

“Going forward, when you look at your life ahead of you, what are you looking forward to?” Stork asks Odom in a preview clip that was released on Thursday, January 12.

“Um, honestly? I want my wife back,” Odom, 36, replied with a laugh as the audience cheered.

This isn’t the first time the former Los Angeles Lakers star has said he’s interested in reconciling with his ex wife. During an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians last year, he said the same thing.

Odom said “I’ll say my prayers” when asked if he’d like to get back with Khloe.

The duo got married in September 2009 on a televised special. Their marriage fell apart in 2013, when Kardashian filed for divorce amid rumors that her husband had cheated.

Despite both parties signing the divorce papers in July 2015, the divorce was never officially approved by a judge but she refiled in May last year after Odom’s overdose at a Nevada brothel in October 2015, and the pair were legally divorced in December.

But it might be too late for Odom as Khloe appears to have moved on.

The 32-year-old TV personality is currently dating NBA pro Tristan Thompson, 25, (read here) and the two just rang in the new year together with some steamy Instagram photos she snapped at a Miami nightclub.
