Daughter Announces the Death of her Mother, Soul II Soul Lead Singer, Mellisa Bells Who Dies at 53
Melissa Bell, who was part of popular 90s group Soul II Soul that gave us hit songs like “Back To Life (However Do You Want Me)”, is dead.
The British who has been battling with Diabetes, died from complications on Monday.
Taking to Twitter to announce the death of her mother, Alexandra Burke her daughter, United Kingdom X-Factor winner, tweeted;
“It is with the heaviest and saddest of hearts that the family inform you our beautiful, funny and loving mum, Melissa Bell has passed away.

Our beautiful mother gained her wings on 28th August 2017, a day that has changed our lives forever. We will never forget her unconditional love, support, charisma, strength and courage throughout her life.
We are eternally proud & thankful to call her our mummy. We would be grateful if you could respect our privacy at this difficult time. Thank you. The Burke Family.”
