PHD Graduate, Siphiwo Mahala Remembers Mum Who Has Been Dead For 32 Years In Touching Note
A proud PhD graduate recently took to Twitter to pen down an emotional message to his late mom who passed away 32 years ago.
Siphiwo Mahala graduated with a PhD in English from the University of South Africa (UNISA) recently, and he posted a photo of his certificate along with the caption:
“Mama, I know you’ve been sleeping for 32 years, but please read this.”
Siphiwo also posted a photo of himself at his graduation ceremony, in which he was seen wearing a graduation gown with his right fist raised as a sign of victory.
Siphiwo, an acclaimed writer is the author of a novel, “When A Man Cries”, and a short story collection, “African Delights.”
