Anne Hathaway Speaks On Why Prince William And Kate Middleton’s Parenting Style Is Worthy Of Emulation

American actress and singer. Anne Jacqueline Hathaway, 36, has opened up on why she chose to emulate the parenting style of the duke and duchess of Cambridge, Prince William, 36, and Kate Middleton, 37, in a new interview with TheSundayTimesMagazine.
The Oscar-winning actress mom to 2+ years old Jonathan Shulman with husband, Adam Shulman, picked up on the admirable actions of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
She said:
“They get down on the child’s level and speak to them eye to eye to make their child feel empowered. I thought that was really cool. I started doing that with Jonathan.”

Hathaway, who played a royal in “The Princess Diaries” movies admitted that she would do whatever it takes to bring her son up right. She had earlier on revealed that she gave up drinking for his sake, telling Ellen DeGeneres that she plans to stay sober for the next 18-years.
“I’m going to stop drinking while my son is in my house just because I don’t totally love the way I do it and he’s getting to an age where he really does need me all the time in the mornings. I did one school run one day where I dropped him off at school, I wasn’t driving, but I was hungover and that was enough for me. I didn’t love that one.”
