Twitter User, Faisal, Says Nigerian Women Tend To Prefer Sex By Coercion, Shares Proof
A Nigerian man simply identified as Faisal has taken to Twitter to state matter of factly that the average Nigerian woman prefers intimacy by coercion. Faisal took to his Twitter handle, @JajaPhd to suggest that Nigerian women tend to be indecisive when it comes to getting intimate, indirectly fostering the rape culture as a result. He, therefore, admonished them to “Grow up”.
Faisal, who was likely motivated by the social media outrage following the explosive interview granted by mum-of-three, Busola Dakolo where she revealed pastor Fatoyinbo of COZA church raped her as a minor.
@JajaPhD’s view garnered a lot of attention while asserting his position that the average Nigerian woman tends to prefer intimacy by coercion or harassment. He went on to advise ladies to be more outspoken about their sexual urges as doing otherwise encourages the rape culture.
Read what he wrote:
The average Nigerian woman tends to prefer sex by coercion or harassment. I had a conversation about this yesterday and the day before. Ladies, there’s no need to say no when you want sex, hoping that he will persist. Such behaviour perpetuates rape culture. Grow up.
Additionally, there are guys like me who are very responsible about sex and will always ask for consent. Shaming us for being weak, weird or unable to take cues is deplorable. That must change too. Let’s all strive to be better please.
He then went ahead to share screenshots from two men who shared their experiences, writing;
These are experiences of two people. We are capable of having an honest conversation without all the attempts by some tweeters to discredit my tweet.

Faisal provided more proof to back his narrative on Nigerian women nurturing the culture of rape, see below:
He shared a last photo with the caption:
“I wanted it but you should have tried harder.” Someone shared this with me.
I can imagine that many Nigerian men are familiar with this sort of conversation.
How can anyone not see how this babe’s no didn’t mean no, and how it can impact reactions to her future no’s?
“More
There are so many people in my DMs who are sharing their experiences but I think these will be the last I post. Again, we are capable of having honest conversations. It doesn’t help anyone when we are dismissive of these things or when we outrightly deny them.”
He wrote again.
