Homeless To Stardom: Steve Harvey’s Story Is A Ray Of Hope To Not Give Up On Your Dreams
Popular American comedian, TV host and author, Steve Harvey has taken to his social media page to share some inspiring words about his career and rise to stardom.
In a twitter thread, the 65-year-old dad and granddad said he did not start comedy until he’d gotten to the age of 27 and he was also homeless for three years from when he was 30 years old and slept in a car for those years.
He used himself as a point of reference to urge young dreamers to never give up on their dreams.

I’m telling you, you have a great life in front of you, you just have to go see what it is but you got to understand the real deal: God’s plan for you is always better than your plan.
Your plan is off—is always slightly off—and until I realized that He started giving me everything he wanted me to have… That’s what flipped it for me; that’s how I finally met the right woman and got on the right track, and I quit doing a lot of stuff I was doing.”
