”A woman’s power is a force that is unexplainable.

Last week Wednesday this is where I was. This post is not about my labor and delivery story. I will share the details about my birth on my blog soon. I’m still trying to find the words to describe the hardest, most beautiful experience ever.

When I got my birth photos back I literally cried like a baby. I relived the experience all over again. I still can’t believe the strength and power I exhibited. So many people told me I couldn’t do it, or that I wouldn’t last long through the pain, but God brought me through.

I had my baby’s photo with me the whole time to remind me of what I was working for. I gave birth and my daughter was born, but I was born again as well. Not only as a mother but as a new woman seeing through a different lens.

When I saw my baby’s face, everything that bothered me, or that I worried about suddenly had no value. I now had this precious little life looking up at me to protect, to provide and most importantly to teach. My life changed forever right then and there.

I’m in a new space. On a new level and enjoying every moment of bliss with my baby girl. Women we are magic! We are the most amazing beings. There’s totally no way that men could handle this with grace like we do.

Tell the women in your life what they mean to you as much as you can. Be encouraging, be uplifting and pour into the queenship of others. ❤”

The new mum also shared her postpartum journey. She posted this before and after image of her bare belly, showing off her postpartum hot body just one week after giving birth.

According to her, she has already lost 17 pounds of her post pregnancy weight. Bianca credited drinking a lot of water, walking everyday and breastfeeding for her amazing weight lost journey.

”40 weeks pregnant versus 1 week postpartum. ????????????????

So far I’m feeling great! I’m already 17 pounds down and I haven’t done much. All I’ve been doing is drinking a lot of water, walking everyday and breastfeeding. I won’t lie, I look at old pics and miss my body.

However I’m learning to not put pressure on myself. My body was a home to my daughter for 10 months, so I know it won’t go back to how it was overnight.

The abs and the snatched waist will make an appearance soon, but for now I’m enjoying these precious moments with my baby and taking the time I need to recover fully. Congrats to all the new mamas out there!!! We got this! ????
