Nick Cannon has reportedly beat Mariah Carey to the courthouse as he quietly filed for divorce on December 12.
According to TMZ, Nick filed the papers a week after they hashed out a deal on who get what.
Mariah is said to have completely detached him from her new, very lucrative deal in Vegas.
