A MIM Mum’s Recipe: How To Make Oats Cookies

I just want to share these healthy cookies I made with mothers on this page.
It involves using only three ingredients with no added sugar. My son likes to eat them a lot. Not only do they make a good snack for my son together with my home made juice. A good way to get smaller kids to eat healthy.
Ingredients:
2 riped bananas (preferably the bigger ones with black spots on them)
4.5 dl of oats,
1 teaspoon cinamon and
1 dl raisins. You either use blue berries or any other berries.
Preparation….
Preheat oven 180 degrees celcius.
Hand mix all ingredients together, add 1dl of water and a 1/4 tsp of baking powder to the mixture before molding them to desired shapes you want and put them in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Let them cool down and enjoy with a cup of milk or juice.
Greeze a tin foil with olive oil or coconut oil and put the cookies on them. This will prevent them from sticking on the pan.
