How An Accidental Text Message Led To The Marriage of Two Strangers
A text message sent in error has led to complete strangers with a huge age difference getting married. According to the Mirror, 53-year-old divorcee, Kasey Bergh, accidentally sent a text to complete stranger 23-year-old Henry Glendening, thinking she was contacting a work colleague.
Henry replied she had got the wrong number but stated he would not mind meeting her. Kasey, who was on a business trip in Denver, in Colorado, realized her mistake and replied with an apology and the pair got chatting. They decided to see each other a week later and their relationship took off and they fell in love with each other.
Two years after the unexpected meeting, Henry proposed to Kasey and they got married this summer, in front of the flood wall of the Mississippi River.
Kasey, who felt she was okay being on her own and enjoying the single life stated: “I had totally embraced I was single and that I never needed a guy. Then I met Henry. We are perfect matches for each other and we each get to be exactly who we are in our relationship. It’s so freeing. And we have so much fun together. Everything is an adventure.”
Speaking on the age difference Henry said : “it really didn’t make any difference, we were so connected at that point through deeper stuff. From the very, very beginning it felt like we were on the same wavelength.”
Henry, who before meeting Kasey was unhappy with his job and struggling in an unhealthy relationship, claims his relationship with Kasey, was inspired by The Secret, a book that claims positive thinking can create life-changing experiences.
This is an amazing piece, whites don’t really care about age.
