One dad is taking the blame for his daughter’s late arrival to school in a note to her teacher that has gone viral, Yahoo reports.
Shalom Misk, a dad in Israel, sent his daughter, Talia, to school with a handwritten note excusing her tardiness, according to the Huffington Post. The note was shared on Facebook on Wednesday, and it has since gotten more than 81,000 likes and more than 15,900 shares.
In the note, Misk admits he’s the reason Talia didn’t make it to school on time.
He writes, “To Talia’s teacher: Late note,” Misk writes in Hebrew in the letter. “Good morning teacher! Dad is not mom. And Dad can’t do in one hour what Mom can do in half an hour. Therefore, Talia is late. Blessings, Dad.”
