Heavily Pregnant Michelle Bridges Shares Video of Exercise Regime; Says She ‘Took Her Time and Rested’
Michelle Bridges recently shared a video of herself working out on her Instagram page; at eight months pregnant, the 45-year-old fitness buff who was joined by her 39-year-old partner, Steve ‘Commando’ Willis, ensured that she was safe from the sun as she was careful to put on a cap and sunglasses as she did her routine outdoors. The Biggest Loser Australia trainer showed off her growing belly in a hot pink crop top and she said,
‘Being pregnant I took my time and rested.’
She gave some tips to her followers, Daily Mail reports, where she recommends doing five rounds of:
‘A 200 metre run or jog, or a 100 metre power walk in two minutes, pull ups and ring rows for the remaining two minutes, another two minutes doing 200 metres plus push ups, followed by another 200 metres in the couple of minutes and squats.’

Bridges had previously been criticised for working out while heavily pregnant but had replied that being pregnant was ‘all the more reason’ to exercise further adding that,
‘There’s so much good research out there. It’s ‘good’ to be active during a pregnancy if you can.’
She further said in her post that the workout ‘suits every level’ and that people can modify the intensity accordingly.
Michelle is expecting her first child with co-star Steve around Christmas. The baby will be Steve’s fourth; he has three already; 6-year-old Ella and 3-year-old Jack whom he shares with his ex Froso, and 17-year-old Brianna from a previous relationship.
