Zakky Azzay’s Ex-Wife Honoured By Project Alert for Fight against Domestic Violence

33-year-old Hadiza Yadoo Anyamikegh the ex-wife of Nigerian 90s torchlight welding rapper, Zakky Azzay, has been honored by Project Alert with the ”Heroes Award” during an event organised to mark the organisation’s 16 years anniversary.

The mother of three is said to have suffered domestic violence at the hands of her ex-husband; she eventually left her matrimonial home and ended her marriage to the Nigerian rapper turned on-air-personality.

The event took place at Berkeley Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos and the award in recognition of Anyamikegh’s fight against gender based violence, domestic and sexual violence was presented to her by the Project Alert founder, Mrs Josephine Effah Chukwuma.
