A 2-year-old Nigerian boy who fell ill was abandoned by his family, claiming he is a witch. He was rescued last month by a Danish charity worker, Anja Ringgren Loven, after feeding off scraps of food from passers-by for eight months.
Loven who is the founder of African Children’s Aid Education and Development Foundation, has named the boy Hope as he continues on his long journey towards full recovery with daily blood transfusions.
She wrote on her charity’s Facebook page,
“I have chosen to call the boy Hope for right now, we all hope that he survives.
Touching… If the parent sees him tomorrow bouncing, they will start saying, see our son o
May God bless Danish charity.
God bless the charity home, You shall be blessed boy
Wow….who diagnosed him to be a witch?
And for 8 months people saw him roaming the streets and did nothing?God bless the woman
Ur really a good Samaritan to dis child
Some parents are ignorant of wat they are doing
At times I begin to wonder
What does a two year old possibly know about witchcraft? Africans when will this mentality of ours stop? Smh. Thank God for loven for saving him.
Ignorance at its peak! See what they’re making this little lad pass through… Lord have mercy on his family.
nigerians and witchcraft.haaaaaa

Nigerians and our stupid spirituality. We use our spirituality for the wrong things. So Nigerians saw this boy for never 8 months and never scared and it took a foreign to do something. God help us
