Nigeria’s Oldest Sickle Cell Survivor, Alhaja Asiata Adupe Onikoyi Laguda, Turns 91

Last year, Alhaja Asiata Adupe Onikoyi Laguda gained popularity when she turned 90 (read her story here) and was celebrated as the oldest person living with sickle cell in the world.

Yesterday, November 1st, she clocked 91 and her elated granddaughter, Moyo Asekun, took to Instagram to celebrate her.
