Punch Metro, however, learnt that Sarah got her babies back on Saturday after a Lagos-based human rights lawyer, Femi Falana and his wife, Funmi, intervened in the matter.
Funmi, explained that her group, ‘Women Empowerment and Legal Aid’, started the battle for the release of the babies after Sarah contacted her for help. She said:
“The first time we invited them, they fought and refused to bury their differences. We called them back on Saturday and that was when the babies were returned to their mother. We insisted that the babies deserved to be breastfed and nobody should deny them the right.”
Sources reveal that the couple live separately and Sarah, has been reunited with her twins. Also, Adeyemi, is free to pay them regular visits.

The lawyers did the right thing by making sure the babies have access to breast milk, but their mother showed a high level of irresponsibility.
Thank God she got them back. considering the circumstances surrounding the whole matter any woman in her shoes would act same way
