Raising a 2-Year-Old & Trying to Find a Balance is Hard – Working Mom Jessica Biel on Parenting
It has been over two years since Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake welcomed their son Silas Randall. But like most parents, the couple is still working on striking a balance.
The mother of one, in a chat with Live with Kelly & Ryan shared some details about life at home, motherhood and how she has been able to manage with her husband and toddler.
She opened up about how hard it has been no matter how much joy motherhood and family living can be. The actress said trying to find a balance and just been an independent human is hard.
“It’s hard trying to find a balance between work and family and just being an independent human,You’re stretched thin everywhere, and it’s been amazing creatively but really hard. I think every working parent must feel the same,” she said.

She also added saying that raising her 2-year-old Silas is one very hard task as he is a total weirdo but he is an amazing kiddo. In her opinion kids are like little lovely, strange, mini humans, and they’re so specific.

Biel says her family of three has been stable where they reside in New York City. She said the experience is so nice but that Timberlake is sort of all over the place busy with his own work too and tries to keep up parenting.
The Sinner star actress said she believes no mother or parent can entirely master finding a balance between a career and family. Even if they do eventually when the kids grow up, you become sad and alone as you have gotten used to them.

“I don’t think you ever master finding the balance. Like, you master it, and then your kids are grown up. Then you’re home alone and sad, like, ‘I wish I had something to master!’ ”
Jessica Biel is totally loving and enjoying her motherhood experience and being married to Justin, but in all sincerity kids and dramas, family calenders, wife duties and a career in acting, she sure is a strong mom!
