10 Tips on How To Prevent Your Boobs From Sagging (Part One)
Mark Wealth
A pair of sagging boobs is any woman’s nightmare and while sagging is inevitable for many women, you can take steps to prevent the girls from going down south too quickly. We’d all love to have perky breasts our whole lives, but after trying all that you can without much success, don’t beat yourself over it because sagging is just a part of life.
1. Breast Exercises
Okay there really isn’t any breast exercise because the breast is made up of fat, blood vessels and milk producing glands. However, there are muscles beneath and around the breasts that, when exercised and strengthened, do a bit in giving the breast a firm look. Exercises like press ups and bench press (lying down on a work out bench and lifting moderate weights.

Aerobic exercises like running, skipping and swimming also help in keeping those pectoral/chest muscles firm and supportive of the breasts.
2. Eat Right
Breasts sag when the skin stretches and looses it’s elasticity. In other words, you have to take care of your skin so that it doesn’t get weak and wrinkly. One of the best ways is eating meals with the right nutrients. Proteins and vitamins contain phyto-nutrients that fight free radicals. These free radicals are what cause ageing in the skin.
Fruits like oranges, grapes and strawberries; vegetables like carrots and spinach; nuts, green tea and shellfish are rich in collagen and elastin which are responsible for making the skin firm and tights as well as maintaining it’s elasticity.

3. Weight Control
Weight gain that occurs from bad eating habits and pregnancy cause the skin to stretch and become saggy. Rapid weight loss also has the same effect so it’s important that you stay conscious of your weight. The most effective way to do this is by getting the right combination of the first two tips: eating right and exercising moderately. Strenuous exercises can cause you to lose weight so be easy on yourself.
4. Drink Water
Keeping your skin hydrated prevents it from getting dry, wrinkly and saggy. When you drink the right amounts of water, at least two liters a day, it retains its suppleness and also helps break those nutrients down for easy absorption.
5. Masks and Massages
Eating and digesting food is not the only way to get the anti aging nutrients into the skin. You could also apply them directly unto the breasts the way you would on your face. First you have to create the masks and there are different ways of doing this. You could mix a tablespoon each of vitamin E oil/olive oil and plain yoghurt with one egg and massage the resulting paste unto the surface of the ski on your breasts. Leave for say half an hour and then rinse off with cold water.

Conversely, you could use Aloe Vera gel to massage the breasts. Leave it on for say, 10, 15 minutes and then rinse off. Both methods help in restoring skin firmness and elasticity enabling the skin to hold on to the tissue and glands that make up the breasts. This of course gives your breasts a firm and perky look.
