She’s Ready! Tennis Star Serena Williams Reportedly in Labour!
American professional tennis player, Serena Williams has gone into labor with her first child, Dailymail gathers.
The 35-year-old super star was induced in St. Mary’s Medical Centre in West Palm Beach, Florida yesterday, and she is expected to give birth today.
Several report claims that the tennis pro checked in the maternity ward with an entire floor of the hospital being cleared in order to ensure the mother-to-be has the maximum amount of privacy possible.

CBS12 reported on Friday morning that doctors have confirmed that Serena was admitted to the hospital on Wednesday, after the entire first floor of the location was shut down to all unauthorized personnel.
The gender of Serena’s child is currently unknown, however the sporting star did reveal to Vogue earlier this year that she believes she is having a daughter.
”Two weeks after we found out [I was pregnant], I played the Australian Open,’ she recalled. I told Alexis it has to be a girl because there I was playing in 100-degree weather, and that baby never gave me any trouble. Ride or die. Women are tough that way.”
Recently, the Grand Slam winner gave her followers a lesson in what to expect from the birth, using a black Sharpie to draw a diagram on her pregnant belly that she captured on camera and shared via Snapchat.
”So baby’s head is here,’ she explained as she pointed to her lower abdomen.
”Good job, you want it to stay there,’ she explained, since it means the baby is now in position for birth.
Williams, who revealed her pregnancy in April on Snapchat (read here) had a 50s themed baby shower titled, ‘Shake Rattle and roll 2017, in August.
This will be the tennis champ’s first child with 33-year-old fiance Alexis Ohanian.
