Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan Tatum Announce Separation After 8 Years of Marriage
Hollywood A-list actors, Channing and Jenna Dewan Tatum took the world by surprise when they announced their split this morning after nearly nine years of being married.
In a joint statement released on their respective Instagram pages addressed to the world, the Hollywood sweethearts wrote:
“We have lovingly chosen to separate as a couple,” the pair said. “We fell deeply in love so many years ago and have had a magical journey together. Absolutely nothing has changed about how much we love one another, but love is a beautiful adventure that is taking us on different paths for now.”

Page Six reported Dewan, 37, attended the Vanity Fair Oscar Party sans Tatum. Her solo appearance spurred rumors that a split was on the horizon, but she told reporters her husband was at home spending time with their daughter Everly, 4, in order for her to have a “girl’s night.”
Tatum and Dewan met on the set of the 2006 film “Step Up” and wed in 2009. Their daughter Everly is their only child together.
Dewan Tatum is currently the host of NBC’s “World of Dance,” and Tatum is set to voice the role of Migo in the upcoming animated film, “Smallfoot.”
