Popular Nigerian OAP, Tosyn Bucknor-Boyer Dies At 37
Popular Nigerian On Air Personality, Oluwatosin Bucknor-Boyer popularly known as ‘Tosyn Bucknor‘ is dead.
The Inspiration FM OAP was reportedly found dead by her husband, Aurélien Boyer when he arrived home from work on Monday night.
Her elder sister, CEO of Zapphire Events, Olufunke Bucknor Obruthe has now confirmed the sudden demise of the OAP and revealed she died from sickle cell complications. She wrote,
“my heart is heavy, but in all things we give thanks to God. My darling sister and besto Tosyn passed away last night due to complications from sickle cell. Love you”.
Her former colleague at Top Radio, Wale Adigun also confirmed the news via his Twitter account.
Tosyn Bucknor was born to Late Mr. Segun and Mrs Sola Bucknor, on August 15, 1981. She attended Fountain Nursery and Primary School, Surulere, Queens’ College, Yaba; University of Lagos where she studied Law. Tosyn, who was a sickle cell carrier got married to her French boyfriend, Aurélien Boyer on November 15, 2015; at Landmark Events Centre, Oniru, Lagos.
She is survived by her husband, Aurélien Boyer, her widowed mom, Mrs Sola Bucknor and her sister, Funke Bucknor-Obruthe.
