Kristina Kuzmic Shares Her Thoughts On Stay-at-home Mum and Working Mom
When you talk about one of the moms who make motherhood fun and functional, you will have to consider energetic, funny, and obsessed with creativity Southern Californian-based mom, Kristina Kuzmic, who has an in-your-face perspective on issues of parenting and life in general.
Kuzmic, who stated that her most important, rewarding, and exhausting careers include being a sanitation engineer, chef, chauffeur, and conflict resolution guru for her 3 children, took to her Instagram page to air her opinion that your choice to either be a ‘Stay-at-home’ mom or a ‘work-outside-the home’ mom does not belittle your role as a mother.
In her word, Kuzmic opined that, “I have never met a mom in my life, regardless of what building she spends her days in, who isnât a working mom. Every mom is a working mom. “

“I found my old business card from 13 years ago. Yes, business card. Because being a stay-at-home mom is serious business. This is why I never liked the term âworking mom.â I have never met a mom in my life, regardless of what building she spends her days in, who isnât a working mom. Every mom is a working mom.
There is so much unnecessary judgment when it comes to a mom deciding whether to stay at home or to work outside the home. Being a stay-at-home mom doesnât mean youâre wasting your education, and being a mom who works outside the home doesnât mean that your children arenât your priority. (And can we also point out that no one asks dads, âWhy did you have children if you donât plan on staying at home with them?â)
Listen, at some point in your parenting journey, youâre likely to be judged for something. There are people who have a very difficult time with someone making a different life choice than theyâve made. But those people only get to decide how theyâre going to live their lives, and YOU get to decide how you are going to live yours. Plus, how arrogant of anyone to assume that they know what is best for someone else, when they arenât walking in their shoes.Â
So, to moms who stay at home⊠you are wonderful and doing important work.Â
