In a tweet today, the reality star wrote,
‘I think Christmas spirit does with the older you get. I now understand why adults were never as excited as us about Christmas when we were kids’.
Leo lost his mum in March 2018, shortly after he was evicted from the reality Big Brother Naija show.
He had lost his dad prior and in the past mentioned on his social media how much he loved his father, despite not having had the best relationship with him in his lifetime.
Leo acknowledged being raised by his struggling single mum, who gave him “more than she had”, to make him a great man in one of his Instagram posts.
In response to Leo’s sober tweet, a fan reacted saying,
‘Christmas spirit never goes away. surround yourself with those you love and you will always find it’
But the stylish ex-housemate responded saying:
‘The people I really love are dead tbh but we move’.
