Is your due date around the corner and you are wondering if you have packed everything you’ll need at the hospital or if you have left out something important? Not to worry, we made a checklist of essential and some nice-to-have items you should pack in your hospital bag…
- Slippers and socks
- 2 front-opening nightdresses for breastfeeding
- Nursing bras
- Old underwear
- Wrappers
- Loose, comfortable clothes to wear home
- Toiletries
- Lip balm, moisturizer
- Your birth plan and any paperwork you’ve been asked to complete by the hospital
- Nursing pads, nipple cream, maxi pads
- Phone and chargers
- Flip-flops for the shower
- Pillows
- Snacks and drinks

What To Pack Your Baby
- A going-home outfit
- Approved infant car seat with the base properly installed in your vehicle
- A few sleepers and onesies, socks and a hat
- Cozy blanket and several receiving blankets
- Package of newborn/size small diapers
- Package of unscented baby wipes
Tip: Start packing about two weeks before your due date to make sure you are ready for your baby’s big arrival.
