VIDEO: ‘I was molested by my grand uncle and cousins since age 8’ -Celebrity Mom, Juliet Ibrahim
As Nigerians continue to speak about rape and sexual harassment in the wake of the allegations made against COZA founder and senior pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo by Busola Dakolo, wife of R&B singer, Timi Dakolo, so many women, including celebrities are taking that chance to speak out about their bitter experiences and expose their abusers so they could move on from the demons that have hunted them for long.
One of such women is Ghanaian actress and author, Juliet Ibrahim who has once again opened up to the public on a bitter experience of her childhood. The mother-of-one revealed that she was molested by her grand uncle and his cousins since she was eight (8) years.
The screen goddess and brand influencer revealed this shocking secret in a radio interview “good morning show” where she was promoting her new book “A Toast to life”.
The star actress also discussed about her journey into the entertainment industry and according to her, she was in a point of no return when she was offered a chance to relocate abroad and forfeit her dream of becoming a great popular actress by a suitor but she has to turn down the offer just to follow her dream.

Miss Ibrahim was once married. She reportedly married Kwadwo Safo in 2010, after she got pregnant for him in the course of their friendship. The duo were however granted a divorce in June 2014, after he allegedly cheated on her.
The book which will be launched in Abuja on the 23rd of August sees Miss Ibrahim revealing how her ex-husband impregnated another woman while still married to her.
