The health practitioner who often shares insights on topical health issues vi his Twitter handle @Aprokodoctor highlighted in a new Twitter thread the do’s and don’ts of a healthy liver.
According to the award-winning physician, losing weight in case of obesity and getting vaccinated against the Hepatitis B Virus are some of the steps to take to promote a healthy liver. Eating old or bad groundnuts and abuse of prescription medicines are some of the triggers for liver cancer or damage according to him.
