After Undergoing Double Mastectomy, Breast Cancer Survivor Lists Warning Signs As She Proudly Shows Her Scars
A young woman has shared topless photo of herself as she revealed that she survived breast cancer after undergoing a double mastectomy.
Breast cancer is the most feared cancer among women. Sometimes, it’s not just the word “cancer” that’s at the root of the fear, but dread of issues associated with treating cancer, such as surgical complications and medication side effects.
The cancer survivor simply identified as @theofficialbiz on Twitter, advised women to check themselves regularly while listing the “warning signs” they should look out for.

”I had Breast cancer but still beautiful and a survivor.
Some warning signs of breast cancer:
New lump in the breast or underarm (armpit).
Thickening or swelling of part of the breast.
Irritation or dimpling of breast skin.
Redness or flaky skin in the nipple area or the breast.
Pulling in of the nipple or pain in the nipple area.
Nipple discharge other than breast milk, including blood.Any change in the size or the shape of the breast.Pain in any area of the breast.Keep in mind that these symptoms can happen with other conditions that are not cancer.
Young adults CAN and DO get breast cancer. When it comes to breast cancer symptoms and signs of the disease, you are looking for more than just a lump.
Breast cancer statistics show that nearly 80% of young adults find their abnormality themselves.
So it’s important to get familiar with your breasts and aware of the signs and symptoms.
