An X user, @jon_d_doe has sparked off a debate after sharing his opinion about the position of children in marriages.
According to John Doe, children are “visitors” in a marriage and will eventually leave the home for their parents to live alone while they go out to find their own path.
His post has generated mixed reactions with some persons agreeing with him.
”Your children are “visitors” in your marriage.
Love, raise and care for them whilst they’re still visiting.
They’ll eventually leave you.
Only you, and your wife will remain.
If you marry the wrong wife, she too will abandon you, & leave with your children.
