A Nigerian man, Doctor Emmanuel took to social media to narrate an unbelievable step he took after his girlfriend of 5-years rejected his marriage proposal.
According to the medical practitioner with Twitter handle- @DoctorEmto, he had been in a relationship with the said woman for 5-years and as a result, he excitedly proposed marriage to her but she rejected his proposal on the ground that her parents do not want her to marry a non-Igbo man.

Consequently, Emmanuel proposed to his ex’s elder sister and he got a YES!
The bone of contention presently is that his ex is threatening fire and brimstone, whereas dates have been fixed to move the relationship to the next level.
