Ex-BBN Star, Gifty Powers Warns Women Of The Dangers In Using Tampons
Former Big Brother Naija (BBN) Housemate Gifty Powers may know something other women don’t know when it comes to the use of tampons during menstrual flows. The actress and mum-of-one took to her Instagram to warn women who use tampons about the potential risks involved with doing so.
According to the opinionated mum; using tampons during menstrual periods can cause more harm than good as it is possible that some threads may find their way deep into a woman’s vagina while exercising or doing any other rigorous activity.

In the reality star’s opinion, tampons may feel classy to wear and talk about, but sanitary pads are a much safer option.

Remember as you move, your both laps move and the thread shifts along.
