See What Mum Did to Daughter Over Man they Both Shared

A 46-year-old mum identified as Chiekube Igbinosa reportedly bit off her daughter’s ear and stabbed her with broken bottles for catching her with her man in Delta State. The girl is currently receiving medical care.

Sources said the fight which allegedly led the mother biting off a scoopful of flesh from the daughter’s ear, including hot damaging slaps, took place around camp 74 behind Ibori Golf course within the Asaba campus of the Delta State University.

The 46-year-old woman said to have been the first love of the Ibo building materials’ trader who was deported to Nigeria three years ago from Spain, allegedly hoodwinked the woman’s daughter into a relationship.

The daughter in question had recently graduated from a university in the South-south region and was on a visit to her mum after her Youth Service in Rivers State when the man spotted her.

Her unsuspecting mother and secondary school vice principal, allegedly showered the lover boy with gifts, including part of her monthly salaries.

All that soon came to an abrupt end when her daughter identified as Mabel Igbinosa flippantly opened up to her friend about her relationship with the Igbo trader, including how he made love to her in marathon exercise. Her friend subsequently revealed the secret to her mum.

On a Saturday, the woman went to the Igbo man’s house around Okwe Quarters, Asaba, wearing an unsuspecting appearance. The man quickly sent her to Mile 5, not too far from his residence to buy fish to make room for her daughter to run into a neighbour’s room to hide.

Upon her return from Mile 5, her man sent her on yet another errand, and this time, faraway from the house. This made her smell a rat. So, she decided to hang around the neighbourhood instead. After a few minutes, she sneaked into the man’s room and the bubble burst.

Sources said the blowsy-looking woman, who is also into provision store business, stormed a nearby neighbour’s room where she laid siege waiting for her daughter to come out.

The girl sauntered out of the room, unknown to her that her mother was still around.

She was said to have pounced on her and allegedly bit off her ear before stabbing her with broken bottles.

During the fight, police were invited to the scene and they were all whisked to a police station.

The public relations officer the state, DSP Celestina Kalu, who confirmed their arrest, said investigation was ongoing.
