Dear MIMsters: Is Moving Out The Best Way To Find My Peace Of Mind?
This is the story of my life and as I am writing you, I am in tears. I need advice. Is moving out the best way for me to have my peace of mind?
I want to move out from my home because my hubby is such a heartless man! He’s been doing this since I gave birth to my baby. I thought he would get tired and stop in due course, but he has only become worse. He won’t give me money but he can go out and buy drinks for his friends and sleep with girls.I find used condoms in the pocket of his trousers when I am doing his laundry.
He will leave the house around midnight when I am sleeping and would go out, sometimes for 3 days and won’t pick my calls.
On Sunday, after we came back from church, he said he wanted to go to a friend’s birthday party and I told him to come home early. My hubby did not come back home that night. I called him all through the night but he did not pick up his phone.

Later, someone called me with an anonymous number that they saw my hubby’s car in front of a hotel. I went there and saw it too. I went to the hotel reception, asked for his name and room number. I went to the room, knocked on the door and my hubby opened the door in his boxers.
He was so shocked to see me that he shut the door in my face. I went downstairs to wait for both of them. When they came down, I just went back home. Since then, I have been sleeping in my baby’s room. I feel like killing him anytime I see him.
He’s been begging me since but I just want to pack my things and move on. This is too much for me! Is moving out the best way for me to have peace of mind?
Yes it is. Give him space for sometime so u too can heal from the hurt he has caused you. Pray for him while you are away. God help your marriage.
Hmmmmm, I don’t even kn what 2 advice u but I kn men like dis hardly change, may be u shuld stay away 4 sometime n see his reaction, I also pray he dosnt use dis opportunity 2 bring anoda woman into d house.
Move out for the mean time. So that you can have some peace and see if he will change. Begging is enough. But change is the thing.
Lord have mercy

men like your hubby will never change, its in him,its in his blood. Didnt u see this coming before you leaped?
Pls don’t move out of the house if u still av hope in d marriage, u can stay in d guest room/another room for some time! Don’t keep malice but be cold towards him, Moving out is a reason for bringing in another woman! Don’t do what u will regret later
I understand your feeling like killing him. He had the the guts to close the hotel doors on your face. Gosh. I would leave if I were you and only return if he changes but then some peole say leaving is not the best option. I pray you will make the right decision for your life.
move out abeg
