Last week, Mariah Carey and James Packer revealed their engagement after James popped the question.
However, according to the Mirror, superstar Mariah is reportedly still legally married to Nick Cannon, while James’ divorce from Erica is yet to be finalised after their separation in 2013.
Nick, 35, filed for divorce from 45-year-old Mariah in December 2014 after six years of marriage, but the paperwork is not complete.
