A yet to be identified man reportedly stole a little boy at the Oba market in Edo State after disguising as a woman and pretending to be deaf and dumb.
According to the Nation,an eye witness said the suspect lured the little boy, Godwin, with biscuit while his mother, Mrs. Edith Elawure who sales secondhand clothes at the market was attending to customers.
He was caught at a bus terminal by a search team of traders with the baby strapped on his back. The weavon he was wearing subsequently fell off and the traders realized he had disguised as a woman.
Thank God for the little boy’s life oh. I can imagine if he had made away with the child what would have happened. The trauma the mother will go through hmmmmmm.
