Please join me to rejoice in the Lord for His infinite mercy as he spared the life of my family and I. Two times trouble loomed around and each time my God was ahead of it all. At first, it was a brake failure which was averted without casualties, then the action movie itself which happened on our way to Delta two days.

In the bid to overtake a heavy duty truck, a vehicle plying a one-way lane almost caused a collision between our car and his. Everything happened so fast and hubby had to act fast because a head-on collision would have been more disastrous. He had to quickly drive out of the road, into the bush, and thank God for God; He placed a rock before a tree to stop the vehicle from plunging into the deep where no one knows whether there were rocks or water below.

The vehicle hit the rock and I could see the car stunting, rotating 360 degrees above the ground before falling by the tree planted after it, which prevented it from going further.

To the glory of God, we walked out alive without any serious injuries; just minor scratches from pieces of glasses. I’m also thankful I insisted on buying a car seat for my son before travelling. I actually called the woman who sold it from her house at around 11 p.m. or thereabout. What if I was just carrying him?

In addition, few minutes before the accident, my daughter who always likes standing when the car is in motion got me so angry and I reprimanded and commanded her to sit while I held onto her to make sure she didn’t stand again. Five minutes after, we were accosted by FRSC that the driver’s licence hubby has been driving with for close to three years now is fake.
